5 ways to try a little self-coaching to empower and transform your life!




Use your higher self to be your own coach.


Self-Reflection:

Set aside serious time to reflect on your thoughts and how you are feeling about your life at the moment. Are you happy? What areas of your life need attention? What’s working, what’s not working right now?

You could journal your thoughts or do a brain dump on paper of everything going on in your head.


Set Yourself Clear Goals:

Know exactly what you want! Identify your goals and be specific about them. WRITE THEM DOWN!

If the goal seems a bit big, just break it down into smaller chunks and do one chunk, any chunk first!


Challenge Your Beliefs:

Question and reframe those little negative thoughts that might pop into your mind. Challenge your limiting beliefs. Try thinking the opposite thought!


Ask yourself powerful questions and write down the answers:

What is really holding me back? What can my next step be? Who can help me?

Visualise yourself achieving and finishing your goal. Feel the success it brings you. Learn to manifest.


Make an action plan:

Write it down and look at your list.

What’s the first thing you can do to get the ball rolling today?

Celebrate each step you’ve achieved. Because you are amazing!
